Skellerup Containment Systems have extensive experience in the supply and installation of gas barrier liner systems for building foundations and cut-off walls.

Geomembrane selection is dependant on the substance to be contained; we can provide chemical compatibility and vapour permeability testing to determine the appropriate material for a specific project. Penetrations, perimeter sealing methods and liner protection during and post installation should also be considered to ensure the integrity of the gas barrier is not breached.

A gas management system should include a gas vent or extraction system beneath the geomembrane liner to remove accumulated gas. We recommend using a Consultant Engineer for the system design.
